Commercial Law, Property Law and Conveyancing, Wills, Estates and Estate Planning with particular specialisation in Buying and Selling Businesses.

Jason spent 5 years as the Acquisitions Manager for a Top 150 ASX Listed Company.  During this period the company acquired approximately 15 businesses with values ranging from $300,000 to over $20 million.  Jason was involved in all aspects of the business acquisition process including analysis of financials and valuations; negotiation of commercial terms, legal agreements and due diligence.

Prior to this, Jason spent 5 years working in investment banking with Bankers Trust and in stockbroking as an equities analyst with JP Morgan in Sydney.

Jason joined Lee Sames Egan in 2010 and became an equity owner in the firm in 2011.
